Volunteer Opportunities At CCR!

Barn management consists of a wide variety of different tasks: cleaning stalls, organizing barn, assisting in feeding, grooming horses, etc. Barn help is hands-on with the horses so we have included training to help prepare you to feel safe and equipped!

Fundraising is such a critical piece of CCR that we hope to find people who love to create different fundraising ideas! We need help organizing and hosting events (formal or special events), merch/information booths, creating and hosting events (for the public and for volunteers). These events need help with tickets, concessions, etc.

As our social media traffic grows, we are prepared to take on sponsorships, ads, etc. We need help with managing and finding new promotions, as well as keeping up with our current sponsors.

As CCR continues to grow, horses need to continue to find their forever homes. Some volunteers are needed to foster horses on their own property to make spaces available for new rescue intakes!

The majority of horses that CCR take in do not have proper training. It is important to us that our horses find their forever homes, so we need volunteers to help prepare them. Training includes: ground work, starting horses under saddle, brushing up on under saddle abilities, etc.

CCR always needs volunteers for the random things that come up on a day-to-day basis. A rescue's work is never done and it is nice to have ready hands when we need them!
